Payment
Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings or US dollars; use the KES | USD switch at the top of the page. Your order is charged in the currency you chose.
Payments are handled by Pesapal, a licensed payment service. You can pay with M-Pesa, Airtel Money or card. Card, mobile money and bank payments happen on Pesapal's secure page; we never see or store your card details or PIN. M-Pesa takes Kenyan shillings only.
You can also pay to our M-Pesa Till 3382525 from your order page and send us the M-Pesa code. We confirm Till payments by hand before your order is prepared.
An order is confirmed only once the payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, you can try again from your order page. If money left your account for a failed payment, contact us with your order number.
Returns
If a book arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or is not the book you ordered, tell us within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement at no cost, or refund the book and its delivery in full, whichever you prefer.
If you change your mind, you may return unused books in their original condition within 7 days of receiving them. Please contact us first. You pay the cost of sending them back, and we refund the price of the books once they reach us.
Refunds go back the way you paid, as the terms of sale explain.
