   This book launch is for Africa by Africa. We are so proud of Tim for how far he has come and what he has done. Today's event, eight countries represented. We are so glad that Africa is uniting, and Tim has done something. Created a book out of no blueprint. It has never been done before, and pensions now will have a book to refer to. And so in retiring, countries, organizations can be able to do a better job in actually, putting systems in place, and so that when I retire, I can have my pension, and I won't be told, "Wait for another 10 years."
